Clarolyn grew up singing in her fathers church in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Involved in Music her entire life she obtained her BA Music Degree in Vocal/Harp And Musical Theatre at UCS and UCLA. She starred in the Tony Award winning Broadway Show, SWING! And her recordings have garnered rave reviews in Time Out New York,BILLBOARD,Daily Variey, The Hollywood Reporter,LA JAZZ Scene and many more national publications. She has performed at Jazz Venues worldwide from New York to Amsterdam ,New Orleans,Europe,Asia,the Caribbean and many more worldwide. Gracing the stages of Clarolyn has been featured with Josh Groban on his international hit song “You Raise Me Up” many other music videos and television shows. She has opened for the likes of Colin Haye of Men at Work, Jazz Legend Dianne Schur , Jazz Star Tom Grant , Motown’s very own Leon Ware ,has been featured in New York City’s Cabaret/Jazz Festivals,New Orleans Jazz And Heritage Festival, Ottawa Jazz Festival, Portland Jazz Festival,Barbados and St Vincent Jazz festivals in the Caribbean and was featured on the BBC documentary , performing in New Orleans where John Lennon’s “Imagine” Piano toured the USA promoting PEACE .( Lennonpiano.com) She has graced stages from Tokyo (Orchard Hall) to Memphis (Orpheus Theatre) as a Jazz/Broadway star.
