Clarolyn began her musical career singing, pllaying piano and the harp while sharing her  musical gifts  in her fathers church in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She obtained her BA in Music Degree/Voice/Harp/Musical Theatre at UCS and UCLA, winning scholarships from the Gil Rodin  Pop Music Award and The Carol Burnett Musical Comedy Award. Clarolyn has starred in the Tony Award winning  Broadway  Show, SWING! and her recordings  have garnered rave reviews in Time Out New York,BILLBOARD,Daily Variey, The Hollywood Reporter,LA JAZZ Scene and many more national publications. She has performed at Jazz Venues worldwide from New York to Amsterdam ,New Orleans Jazz and Heritage  Festival , Barbados and St. Vincent Jazz Festivals and many more worldwide.  Gracing stages from Tokyo (Orchard Hall) to The Orpheus Theatres Of America, she was featured with Josh Groban on his international hit song “You Raise Me Up” at ThevOrpheum in LA. She has opened for the likes of Colin Haye of Men at Work, Jazz Legend Dianne Schur , Jazz Star Tom Grant , Motown’s very own Leon Ware ,has been featured in New York City’s Cabaret Convention at Don’t Tell Mama and other venues throughout the Big Apple.  Clarolyn was  featured in the  BBC  documentary  ,  “The Peace Tour” / where John Lennon’s “Imagine” Piano toured the USA promoting PEACE in places of tragedy. Clarolyn continues to tour on land and sea sharing her incredible gift of music and expression through her passion for music.

Her recordings, Blue Eyes, Love Letters from Afar, and From Amsterdam to New Orleans have recieved fantastic reviews in national publications. She is currently recording a new World/Jazz project entitied , “TORCH” , Songs Of Peace .
