Clarolyn began her musical career singing, playing  piano and the harp while sharing her  musical gifts  in her fathers church in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Music At USC and UCLA in Voice/Harp and Musical  Theatre winning two scholarships , The Gil Rodin  Pop Music Award and The Carol Burnett Musical Comedy Award. Clarolyn  starred touring North America and Japan in the Tony Award winning  Broadway  Show, SWING! and her recordings  “Standard Deparures” , “SESSIONS” , “Blue Eyes, My Favorite Sinatra “ (endorsed by Frank Sinatra Jr) and “ Love Letters From Afar” have garnered rave reviews in Time Out New York,BILLBOARD,Daily Variey, The Hollywood Reporter,LA JAZZ Scene and many more national publications. She has performed at Jazz Venues worldwide from New York to Amsterdam ,New Orleans Jazz and Heritage  Festival , Barbados and St. Vincent Jazz Festivals and many more worldwide.  Gracing stages from Tokyo (Orchard Hall) to The Orpheum Theatres  Of America, she was featured performing with Josh Groban on his  hit song “You Raise Me Up” at The Orpheum Theatre  in LA. She has opened for the likes of Colin Haye of Men at Work, Jazz Legend Dianne Schur , Jazz Star Tom Grant , Motown’s very own Leon Ware and has been featured in New York City’s Cabaret Convention at Don’t Tell Mama and was nominated entertainer of the year at the Dutch Treat Club in Gramercy Park, New York as the editors pick.   Clarolyn performed in New Orleans for the  BBC  documentary  ,  “The Peace Tour” , . The upright Steinway that John Lennon wrote  “Imagine” on  toured the USA promoting PEACE in places of tragedy produced by Julian Lennon and George Michael. 

Clarolyn continues to tour on land and sea sharing her incredible gift of music and expression through her passion for music.

 Clarolyn is currently recording a new album, a world music project entitied , “TORCH” , “Songs Of Peace” which features a collaboration of genres and styles such as Jazz,Reggae,Brazilian,Soul and Celtic flavors.
